National Trails Day

Celebrate National Trails Day with IMPACT!

We plan to hike starting at 12:30 SHARP. Route includes the first half of Trail 3, a loop around Trail 4, the remainder of Trail 3. If you haven’t seen the Trail 4 improvements, this is a great time to do so! This hike is weather-dependent, so check back to this site often as the date approaches.

IMPACT: Friends Improving Allegany County Trail, Inc. is holding its Annual Meeting Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 3:00 PM.  The meeting is always held in conjunction with National Trails Day (the first Saturday in June).  A potluck picnic will follow the meeting. This is a rain-or-shine event.

The meeting will be held at the pavilion at 2444 State Route 244, Belmont, NY 14813.  This is 0.1 mile west of the Route 244 Parking Area for Phillips Creek Sate Forest Trailhead.  Please park there.  The trail to the meeting will be marked with pink ribbons.

If you are planning to attend the picnic, please RSVP email to impactfriendsgroup@gmail.com
