IMPACT depends entirely on volunteers to do everything from project planning to iadministration and fundraising. However, in order to meet out-of-pocket costs such as tools and training for staff, trail grooming equipment, materials and labor for construction projects—IMPACT must depend on financial and in-kind donors.
