SKI TRAIL GROOMING

As one of its first projects, IMPACT acquired the equipment and recruited the volunteers needed to groom trails in the Phillips Creek State Forest for the use of cross-country skiers and snowshoe enthusiasts.

In 2022, the Bethesda Foundation of Hornell contributed funds for the purchase of ski-grooming equipment—a snow roller and a compaction drag.

In 2023, the Rushford Snowmobile Club donated a used snowmobile to IMPACT.

IMPACT can groom up to 10 miles of ski trails depending on snow conditions.
